Return & Refund Policy

We want you and your pet to be happy with every Viventoa purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days, we're unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition you received it
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

For hygiene reasons, grooming tools that have been used directly on a pet cannot be returned unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — your choice, and at no cost to you.

How to Start a Return

1. Email [viventoashop@gmail.com] with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll confirm your return and provide instructions on where to send the item (for non-defective returns).
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns (item not damaged or defective), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we cover return shipping.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original item (once your return is accepted) and place a separate order for the new item.
